These General Sales Conditions are agreed between Norah Organico by: Cláudia Manuel Rocha Silva, with Headquarters at: Rua Hermenegildo Capelo nº87 2950-234 Palmela, with Tax Identification 244003122 owner of the brand “Norah Orgânico ®”, as well as the rights exploration with this one. People who intend to make purchases through the website norahorganicohandmade.com hereinafter referred to as “Consumer” or “User”.
- The following conditions apply only and exclusively to natural persons who are not traders, being understood as such any natural person who acts for purposes that do not belong to the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal or professional activity.
- The contracting parties also agree that purchases made through this website will be governed exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available therein.
Purpose:
- The present General Conditions of Sale, aim to define and provide all the necessary information to the consumer, about the modalities of ordering, sale, payment, delivery of purchases and returns made on the website: www.norahorganicohandmade.com as well as in relation to the consumer's right to freely terminate the contract.
- These General Sales Conditions regulate all the steps necessary for the consumer to place the intended order, guaranteeing its follow-up between the Contracting Parties.
- These General Sales Conditions will not apply if it is verified, by the type of order placed, that the user is not a consumer under the terms defined in paragraph c) of art. 3 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.
Place Order:
- The consumer will be able to carry out his search in the online store of Norah Orgânico, selecting by category of product(s) or by brand(s), later choosing the product(s) intended(s), then choosing the quantity of each product you want to purchase, adding to the shopping cart.
- Once the selection and desired quantity of products have been completed, the consumer must open the shopping cart and, after confirming all the selected products, proceed to finalize their order.
- The consumer must register his account or, if an account is already open, access it, filling in the necessary data for this purpose. Then you must confirm the order placed and choose one of the available payment methods (Visa, mastercard, maestro apple pay and paypal. )
- After making the payment, the consumer will receive a confirmation of payment for the order by email.
- It will not be necessary for the consumer to send Norah Orgânico any document proving the payment made.
- With the respective payment made, the order is considered completed.
- The intended product(s) will be delivered to the address indicated by the consumer.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order, and for that you must do it within a maximum period of 24 hours. To do so, you should contact Norah Organico by email: norahorganico@gmail.com
Prices:
- The indicated prices refer only to the products sold in the online store: norahorganicohandmade.com.
- The indicated prices must be understood in Euros, and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
- All prices indicated may be changed without prior notice, however if this situation occurs, it should not affect previously placed orders;
Discounts / Promotions:
- On the Norha Orgânico website, you can find various promotional price proposals, in the form of percentage discounts on the public sale price, which can be viewed on various products.
- All promotions or discounts have a determined validity period.
- Promotional discounts represent a commitment during the announced period of validity, but always under the condition that the order is completed by the User, through the respective payment, by the end of that period.
- Saving a product in the “shopping basket” does not guarantee its price or discount.
Deliveries:
- Deliveries are only made after payment and proof of payment.
- In the event that there is a stock outage, the consumer will be contacted about the scheduled date for replacement, and he may maintain or cancel his order.
- Free delivery to Portugal on purchases over €80.
- The average time to prepare an order is 3-5 days. This deadline may vary as a result of existing stocks.
- The average order delivery period will be determined by CTT and may vary according to the specific circumstances of each order, namely the availability of the chosen product or the mail area associated with the delivery. At the same time, in exceptional circumstances, the delivery time may change due to unforeseen events or difficulties in delivering the goods.
Complaints and Returns Policy:
- At the time of delivery, the customer must inspect the package to check for any damage. If it is found that the products are damaged, the customer must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. Guara will replace the order.
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an order, the purchase and sale contract can be terminated within 14 DAYS after receipt of the order, pursuant to paragraph 1 of Art. 10 of Decree Law No. 24/2014 of February 14th. For this purpose, you must notify Norah Orgânico, via email norahorganico@gmail.com to let us know that the item will be returned.
- After completing the aforementioned communication, Guara, in turn, will send a communication to the customer with instructions for making the return. In case of partial or total return of the order, Norah Orgânico will return the amount paid by the customer, excluding transport costs, as well as any import and/or customs duties. The refund process will be carried out once the returned items have been reviewed and accepted. We recommend that the shipment be registered as we are not responsible for any loss of your order.
- For this purpose, the returned items must meet, cumulatively, the following requirements: 1) The product cannot have been washed or used; 2) The product must present its original characteristics and the packaging must not be damaged (the packaging must not show signs of being opened, as well as the labels must be as received); 3) The product must be complete. Products that have been tampered with cannot be returned.
Communication test:
- The Contracting Parties agree that the computerized records, kept in Norah Orgânico's computer systems, under reasonable security conditions, prove the communications, orders and payments made between them.
- Orders and invoices will be archived on reliable and durable support.
