DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery times:

​We ship all over Europe. Our average order preparation period is 3-5 working days. This period may vary due to existing stocks.

 

The average order delivery period will be determined by CTT and may vary according to the specific circumstances of each order, namely the availability of the chosen product or the mail area associated with the delivery. At the same time, in exceptional circumstances, the delivery time may change due to unforeseen events or difficulties in delivering the goods.

Shipping conditions:

Deliveries are only made after payment and proof of payment.

In the event that there is a stock outage, the consumer will be contacted about the scheduled date for replacement, and he may maintain or cancel his order.

Delivery Costs:

- The cost of delivery is in accordance with the CTT table in force.

- Free delivery to mainland Portugal on purchases over €80.

 

Delivery Zones:

- Deliveries are limited to mainland Portugal and islands.

- Delivery outside the areas described above, subject to prior consultation.

 

Damage or problems with your order:

  Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, or if you receive an item that does not match your order, so that we can evaluate and correct it as soon as possible. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

​Our returns policy assumes a period of 14 days to exchange an order. Therefore, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request its exchange. To proceed with the exchange, please contact us via our email norah.organico@gmail.com with the reason and photo of the product in question.

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a label together with all the instructions on how and where to send your parcel and the exchange will be carried out.

In order for the exchange to be possible, the purchased item must be in the exact condition in which it was received, unused and with original packaging and tags.

Products that are damaged or show signs of use, we have the right to refuse the return.

Exceptions / Items that do not provide for exchange:

​ We're sorry, but any items that are on sale at the time of your purchase, or gift cards, are items we cannot exchange.

 

Reimbursement:

​ We will notify you once we receive your returned item and perform an inspection of the product to approve your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be made to your original form of payment. Please consider the time your bank may need for the refund to be processed on your card.
